It's Over! (Thankfully)

Hey guys.  I am now at home writing music for 29:11.  Please pray for us as we continue to create for the new album.  I thought I'd attach a pic of the show I just left, so you could get an idea of what I used to do before 29:11.  We also have a myspace page, and I will soon be attaching some of our old work (from theater and such) on there so you guys can get a closer look at the personality of 29:11.

God bless you all.  Oh, and I have a verse for ya today.  Proverbs 18:13.  It says, "Answering before listening is both stupid and rude."  Whoa.  Harsh, eh?  But it definitely speaks the truth, so let's stand firm on that word!  Let's take this day and use it for others.  Let's listen.  Really listen.  As my dear friend, Arlene says, "It's all about love and compassion."  Amen!  Have a good one.

Scratch Tracks

Welp.  Scratch tracks are always fun.  Too lazy to print off my music, I just used my computer as my guide.  Ah, the wonderful world of mac.  Do any of you have one?  They are absolutely a tiny winey bit of heaven.  ;)  Anyway.  We kicked out 3 scratches tonight.  Maybe we'll hit a few more later this week.  Family will be in town soon, so we've gotta make time for them since we love 'em and all...  Adios amigos!

Photo Shoot

Well everyone!  Long time no... 

Anyways.  Today we did our first photo shoot for 29:11.  We had such a blast, I must say.  It was Tennessee kickin hot, but we made it.  Check out our photo albums for the new photos.  We also have bonus pics that won’t be available until the cd is complete...  secrets, secrets, secrets.  I just wanted to update you and let you know that the instrumentation for our music is almost complete, so you don’t have to wait much longer.  We’re so ready to get it back into our hands!  Our musicians are absolutely brilliant, and we are so thankful to have them working hard for God’s purpose!  As soon as we can a track finished, we’ll put a sample track up for your enjoyment!  Soon after all the tracks are done, they will be available for sale on itunes, so keep checking back here for those updates.  Love you all, talk to ya soon.

Hey, guys!  Tara here.  I just wanted to give a big shout out to the folks who have helped us out so far with the new project from donations to listening ears, from producing and instruments, to most importantly, your prayers.  We can’t thank you enough.  This wouldn’t be able without your involvement.  God is so good, isn’t He?  I just pray that He continues to use us in His Glory as it is such an honor to be doing His Work, and not our own.  Please keep us in your prayers continually as we seek His Guidance and His Kingdom first.  We want to keep our focus there; furthering His Kingdom through music from above, touching those who love Him, and those who need to know His ways and His great love.  Blessings to you all, and thanks for everything!
